To Go Beer is available in 750ml, 32 oz, 64 oz growlers, and 32 oz crowler cans.  

Growlers & 750ml are $5 each and are not included in the cost of the fill(s).

  1. Exchange Street Hefeweizen – Our take on this classic German beer features prominent aromas of banana and clove with a light, crisp finish. It is sure to brighten even the grayest of winter days. ABV 4.8 % IBU 10 $2/3/5.25 To Go $6.5/8/16 
  2. Sundale Pils – Brewed in the style of Northern German pilsners, this beer is clean and crisp with graham cracker malt notes. It was finished with two new experimental hops, giving it medium-firm bitterness. Sundale is the street where it all started. ABV 5% IBU 40  $2/3/5.25 To Go $6.5/8/16 
  3. Kernel of Truth – An American lager bursting with flavor. Brewed with corn and Lemondrop hops, this beer is approachable and refreshing, perfect for patio weather. ABV 5.2% IBU 15 $2/3/5.25 To Go $6.5/8/16  ***2018 Ohio Craft Brewers Cup Silver Medal*** 
  4. High Street Wheat with Cherries – We took our wheat beer and added 88 lbs of Oregon tart cherries for a refreshing flavor you’ll love to enjoy on warm summer days. ABV 5.5% IBU 15 $2.5/3/5.5 
  5. Pattie – This Irish cream stout was made for one of our favorite moms. It has notes of roast coffee and dark chocolate. ABV 5.8% IBU 40 $2/3/5.25 To Go $6.5/8/16
  6. Cuyahoga Connection – Our hazy friends at Masthead Brewing Co. collaborated on this New England IPA in honor of our 1-year anniversary. It was brewed with Lotus, Mosaic, and Comet hops, resulting in a tropical fruit flavor that’s perfect for summer. ABV 6% IBU 40 $3/4/6.50 To Go $9/11/22 
  7. Zest and Zeal – A collaboration with Mike, Mike and Shawn brewed for Rubber City Beer Fest. An easy drinking wheat beer with coriander and sweet orange peel gently hopped with mosaic and lemon drop hops. ABV 6.3% IBU 20 $2/3/5.25 To Go $6.5/8/16 
  8. Trés Saison – Our take on one of our favorite beer styles was made with three malts and three hops. It’s a farmhouse ale with hints of lemon and black pepper. The hybrid yeast strain makes it dry and drinkable. ABV 6.9% IBU 39 $3/4/6.5 To Go $9/11/22 ***2018 King of Ohio 2nd Place*** 
  9. Proving Ground 2 – Our 2nd offering in this series of beers, named in honor of our local Goodyear Test Track, is an IPA. We used local West Branch pilsner malt, then whirl pooled and dry-hopped with one of our favorite hops: Simcoe. The result is a refreshing ale with notes of pine and resin. We hope you enjoy our 2nd batch in this series as we continue to experiment with new ingredients and processes! ABV 7.5% IBU 50 $3/4/6.50 To Go $9/11/22   
  10. A Stout Summer is Coming – We took our tropical stout base and infused it with Madagascar vanilla beans, cacao nibs, toasted coconut, and Interrobang espresso blend coffee from our friends at Akron Coffee Roasters. Cheers to summertime! ABV 8% IBU 30 $3/4/6.50 To Go $9/11/22 
  11. Awkward Handshakes – This Double New England IPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Missing Mountain Brewing Co. It features a unique Norwegian yeast strain and was triple dry-hopped. The aroma is all pineapple thanks to the Cashmere and Chinook hops. ABV 8.5% IBU 60 $3/4/6.50 To Go $9/11/22 
  12. Spicer St. Christmas Ale – Our traditional Christmas ale was brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey. Its rich caramel color and balance of spices and sweetness will make you feel like it’s Christmas in July! ABV 9% and IBU 40 $3/4.5/6.5 To Go $9/11/22 *12 oz glass 
  13. Wood-Aged Walk The Line – We took our American stout and aged it in white oak barrels for 6 months. Its firm bitterness and dank hoppyness is balanced by smooth vanilla and chocolate flavors. One thing remains certain, the man in black would approve. ABV 9% IBU 60 $4/6/8 To Go $12/16/32 *12 oz glass 
  14. BBA Pervasive – This English-style barleywine is a beast of a beer – 1200 lbs. of malt, 30 lbs. of orange blossom honey, and 16 lbs. of hops went in to this one. Then we spent 7 months aging it in Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. It’s big but it’s balanced, laced with notes of vanilla and the warmth only a bourbon barrel can provide. ABV 11% IBU 50 $4/6/8 To Go $12/16/32 *12 oz glass 
  15. BBA Heavy Rubber – Our strong Scottish ale spent some time aging in Jim Beam barrels and the result is dangerously drinkable. Its rich and malty base has been amplified with notes of caramel and toffee resulting in a smooth, delicious beer. ABV 12.8% IBU 25 $4/6/8 To Go $12/16/32 *12 oz glass
