Three Breweries. Three Stouts. One Collaboration.
Collaborations are one of the most exciting parts of craft beer culture. They bring together different brewing philosophies, techniques, and flavor ideas. The Tri-Way Stout project highlights how three talented breweries can start with the same concept and create something completely different.
The only real question left is: which version will be your favorite?
Craft beer fans in Northeast Ohio now have a new stout journey to take. Three breweries. Three interpretations. One unforgettable collaboration.

Flavor Profile
The beer starts with a rich imperial stout base, then builds complexity through a carefully selected trio of indulgent ingredients:
Roasted walnuts from the legendary The Peanut Shoppe in downtown Akron
Toasted coconut, adding nutty sweetness and aroma
Madagascar vanilla beans, rounding the beer with smooth dessert-like character
The result is a stout that pours inky black with a dense tan head, delivering aromas of toasted coconut, roasted nuts, chocolate, and vanilla. Each sip unfolds layers of dark malt richness balanced by nutty warmth and silky sweetness.
It is bold, smooth, and built for slow enjoyment.
